How to Use
Pre-Step: Set Up Your Tripod
We recommend using a tripod to keep your phone steady during training.
For Hitting: Place the tripod in the opposite batter’s box, making sure your entire body is visible in the frame.
For Pitching: Position the tripod facing you, as if you’re throwing from the stretch. Since you’ll move forward during your motion, set the tripod even with your landing area, ensuring your whole body stays in frame.
Step 1:
Start Your Session
When you’re ready, tap the Play button on the “Ready to Improve?” screen.
Step 3:
Align Your Biomarkers
Make sure the on-screen biomarkers line up with your body.
Note: If you see “spaghetti” (jumbled lines), simply place your hand over the camera to reset tracking.
Step 5:
Select Your Mode
Choose either Hitting or Pitching to begin your training session.
Record Your Motion
Perform your swing or pitch and hold still for a few seconds until you hear a pop or see the screen turn green.
Note: You’ll need to do this for each swing or pitch.

Stay Connected with Your Coach
Your training doesn’t stop when you leave the field. With our Coach Connection feature, players can easily share recorded sessions and receive personalized notes and feedback directly from their coach.
This allows coaches to analyze your swings or pitches remotely, provide targeted adjustments, and track your progress.
Whether you’re working between practices or reviewing game-day footage, you and your coach can stay connected and continue improving anytime, anywhere.
